Today I had my refrigerator and my dishwasher repaired by Dennis. He did an amazing job. This company is wonderful because they were able to get me seen on the same day I called to request service, which was super convenient. Dennis was super friendly and walked me through the whole process and even showed me how to use my icemaker! I’ll definitely be using them again referring them to all my friends and family. My experience with IK Service was fantastic. I called because my washing machine had stopped working. Within 2 hours, they had a technician, Igor, at my house to look at the problem. Igor was very kind and respectful and showed me what the problem was. Though I did not end up moving forward with repairs (the motor was dead and the replacement piece was very expensive because of how old the washer it), I would 100% use IK Service again if I had another appliance issue.
