Bosch Appliance Repair Done by Technicians Who Know the Brand
Bosch has earned a reputation for building appliances that last — especially dishwashers, which consistently rank at the top of every reliability study in the industry. Most of our Bosch customers tell us their appliance ran quietly and flawlessly for years before anything went wrong.
When a Bosch does need a repair, it's usually one of a handful of well-known failure points. The three-part dishwasher filter that most owners never clean. The drain pump that eventually wears out after years of daily use. The door latch that loses its tension over time. These aren't surprises — they're predictable, fixable problems that we handle every day across Eastvale, Riverside, Corona, Chino, Chino Hills, and Ontario.
If your Bosch appliance isn't working the way it should, you're in the right place. Here's what we see most often — and what we do about it.

Bosch appliances we repair
Bosch makes a focused lineup of high-quality home appliances. We service all of them:
- Bosch dishwashers — 300, 500, 800, and Benchmark series, including models with AutoAir, CrystalDry, and PrecisionWash
- Bosch washing machines — front-load models with EcoSilence motor, including 300 and 500 series
- Bosch dryers — condensation and heat pump dryers
- Bosch refrigerators — French door and counter-depth models
- Bosch wall ovens and ranges — electric and dual-fuel models, including 800 series
Bosch appliances are engineered to a higher standard than most — and they deserve a technician who treats them that way. We carry the drain pumps, door latches, and filter assemblies that account for the vast majority of Bosch service calls.

Common Bosch problems we fix
Bosch dishwasher not draining
Standing water at the bottom of the tub after a cycle is the most common Bosch service call we get. Before anything else, check the filter — Bosch dishwashers use a three-part manual-clean filter that most owners never clean, and a clogged filter is the cause more often than not. If cleaning the filter doesn't solve it, the drain pump has usually worn out.
Bosch dishwasher not cleaning dishes
Dishes coming out with residue, spots, or a white film usually means the spray arms are blocked with mineral deposits or the filter is restricting water flow. Both are accessible during a service visit. In hard water areas like the Inland Empire, this happens more frequently than in other parts of Southern California.
Bosch dishwasher showing E24 or E25 error code
E24 means the dishwasher isn't draining. E25 means the drain pump is blocked. Both point to the same area — filter, drain hose, or pump. Our technicians diagnose and clear these on the same visit in most cases.
Bosch dishwasher leaving dishes wet
Bosch dishwashers use condensation drying rather than a heating element — it's more energy efficient but requires rinse aid to work properly. If your dishes are consistently wet, check the rinse aid level first. If the dispenser is full and dishes are still wet, the AutoAir door hinge or the dispenser mechanism may have failed.
Bosch washing machine not spinning or draining
Front-load Bosch washers with the EcoSilence direct-drive motor are exceptionally reliable — but door lock failures and pump filter blockages do occur. A washer that won't start or won't spin is almost always the door lock. One that stops mid-cycle with standing water is usually the pump filter, which Bosch front-loaders have at the bottom front behind a small access panel.
Bosch oven not heating evenly
Bosch wall ovens and ranges use European convection systems that distribute heat differently than American models. Uneven heating is usually a failed convection fan motor or a worn bake element. Both are accessible and repairable without replacing the unit.

What sets our Bosch repairs apart
Bosch appliances are built to last 15 years or more — and they usually do, with the right care. That means when something does break, repair is almost always worth it. A Bosch dishwasher that cost $900 at purchase is worth repairing even at 10 years old, because a comparable replacement still costs $700 to $1,400 installed.
We know where Bosch appliances fail, we carry the parts that fail most often, and we don't treat a Bosch the same way we'd treat a budget appliance. The filter system, the EcoSilence motor, the condensation drying mechanism — these require a technician who understands how they work, not just someone who can swap a generic part.
